With some boards, nails and a little knowhow, you should have some problem framing your cover.

Dig two holes, one in each exterior corner of the patio roof ideas. Insert a 4 by 4 metal insert anchor in both holes and fill them with concrete. Let the concrete dry for a day. Cut a foot out of two 8 feet 4 by 4 positions. Attach each 4 by 4 board into a position anchor with a 1/2 inch bolt. Pre-drill 5/8-inch hull through the board first.
